Well she's not an astronaut (but how great is A.I. and her teeth look better than they ever have here). But she is a legit small business coach. For over 12 years she's been working with Australian small businesses on their strategic and operational projects. So she knows running and growing a small business is bullsh*t hard and not for the faint hearted. She's learned that the path of least resistance and investing in upskilling yourself are a killer combo for business builders. But, when she wants to upskill due to her teeny tiny patience bandwidth for boring she zones out if it's not fast paced, practical, applicable and with a dose of fun injected. So she's pouring all her knowledge and wisdom (much of it learned through failures) on how to wing it and make it work.
